1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Furora Pets and Services (“Furora”) through our website www.furora.in, mobile application, or authorized point-of-sale devices. All payments are collected strictly for pet-related services, documentation, logistics, and associated products included within a Furora Companion Package. Companion animals, if any, are provided complimentary and do not constitute a direct sale.
2. Cancellations Before Delivery
- Customers may request cancellation prior to dispatch or delivery of the Companion Package.
- If no pre-delivery services (e.g., veterinary examination, documentation, insurance registration, or microchipping) have been initiated, the order may be cancelled with minimal administrative deduction.
- If pre-delivery services have been rendered, Furora will deduct the actual cost of such services before issuing any refund.
- Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness to both the customer and service providers.
3. Cancellations After Delivery
- Once the Companion Package has been delivered, cancellations are not ordinarily permitted, as all services and documentation are completed.
- In exceptional cases—such as verified health discrepancies or material service failure—Furora may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement package or partial service credit.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to support@furora.in within 72 hours of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or personal preference after confirmation.
- Failure to provide accurate delivery or identification details.
- Issues arising from environmental changes, diet, stress, or owner negligence post-delivery.
- Partial use or consumption of included products or services.
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
- Refunds are issued through the same payment method originally used for the transaction.
- EMI or card-based refunds are subject to the payment gateway’s and issuing bank’s policies.
6. Modification or Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule delivery, Furora will hold the companion under care at no cost for a limited period. Additional boarding charges may apply beyond the specified window, depending on duration and requirements.
7. Dispute Resolution
Furora aims to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly. Any refund or service-related issue should first be reported to support@furora.in with complete order details and documentation. If the matter remains unresolved after 7 business days, customers may escalate it to our Level 2 Grievance Officer at gp@furora.in, mentioning “Dispute Escalation” in the subject line. Our internal grievance team will review the case and provide a formal written resolution within 30 days of escalation.
8. Amendments
Furora reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Revisions will be posted on www.furora.in and shall take immediate effect upon publication.
